Brandon Greenplate is a luxury broker, short-term rental specialist, and real estate investor at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. NAR recently recognized him as a 30 Under 30 Realtor® in the nation. As a graduate of Clemson University, Brandon has leveraged his degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship to build a highly successful Real Estate business, in which he has sold over 200m of real estate in his first 5 years in the industry.
