With over 40 years as a proud resident of the LowCountry and nearly three decades of real estate experience, Leslie Ford brings unmatched local insight, dedication, and heart to every transaction. She has lived and worked in numerous communities throughout the LowCountry and is known for her hands-on, whole-hearted approach to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Leslie began her real estate career in 1996, building on a successful background in real estate marketing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Texas Christian University. In 2025, she joined eXp Realty, aligning herself with a forward-thinking, innovative brokerage that empowers her to better serve both buyers and sellers in the Hilton Head and surrounding areas.

Her deep knowledge of the area's neighborhoods, lifestyle, and natural beauty has helped her earn national recognition as a Realtor on the Rise, as well as induction into the Hall of Fame Club.

Leslie is deeply committed to her community. She currently serves as President of her HOA and is actively involved in local initiatives. Outside of real estate, she enjoys golf, tennis, boating, gardening, reading, and attending community events.

She met and married her husband, Greg, on Hilton Head Island, and together they have two sons and two grandsons.
