Kim Striker is a luxury real estate broker serving Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, and the surrounding South Carolina Lowcountry, with additional experience in the mountains of North Carolina's High Country market. Before transitioning into real estate, Kim owned an insurance appraisal company specializing in replacement cost valuations for high-value, custom, and historic homes throughout eleven East Coast states. This experience provided her with an in-depth understanding of construction quality, building systems, materials, renovation costs, and property valuation.

A self-described serial renovator, Kim has also worked closely with luxury homeowners managing renovation and improvement projects, helping coordinate contractors, source
materials, oversee project execution, and maximize long-term property value. This hands-on experience allows her to identify quality craftsmanship, recognize potential issues, and help clients evaluate both opportunities and risks that others may overlook.
